Alright! Sorry to keep you waiting friends. Without further ado, here is this week’s FEELS.TRIP (number 10!) featuring songs from the amazing artists below.
Consisting of Manila Killa and Candle Weather, who met back in middle school in Indonesia, Hotel Garuda has found success in creating a unique and appealing house sound.I discovered these guys through a remix of Disclosure’s White Noise awhile back and have been a fan of everything they dropped since. The duo recently graced us with their debut single “Smoke Signals” a melodic house track sure to get your butt moving.
Mixing a unique future sound with hip-hop and pop elements, New York City based Jai Wolf is gaining the attention of fans and influential musicians alike. After Skrillex saw a tweet containing Jai’s bootleg of his hit song, “Ease My Mind,” he immediately signed and released the remix under his label. Since, Jai Wolf has done official work for Alesso, Dirty South, Melanie Martinez, ODESZA, and more. In June 2015, Jai Wolf released his first original single, Indian Summer, and within three weeks, it hit #1 on the US Spotify Viral Charts. Featured in this week’s FEELS.TRIP is his future bass remix of “Feels,” an amazing song from up and coming singer/songwriter Kiiara.
There are melodic bass producers, and then there is Nick Miller. The Denver-based producer known as Illenium has been turning heads in the dance music community over the past year and for good reason. Illenium has distinguished himself from the myriad of others through an unrivaled ability to create an immersive emotional experience, leaving the listener awestruck. He has displayed an adeptness for creating aural arrangements that vary in style, yet always maintain beauty, complexity and emotional depth. This week we included Illenium’s mellow bass remix of The Chainsmokers anthem “Don’t Let Me Down.” Also be sure to check out his album “Ashes” that recently dropped, it’s FIRE!
